Visitors can enjoy a delectable plantation buffet of creatively prepared home cooked dishes made from local ingredients - many of which are grown on the estate; a salad bar; fresh fruit juices; and tempting desserts. To complement this buffet we also offer an á la
carte non-alcoholic bar service with mineral water, sodas, wines and beers.
Delicious combinations of fresh products, bold tropical flavours and varying textures, are skillfully
blended with a healthy dash of local spices and herbs to create a colourful aromatic buffet that surprises the palate.
